It is a solution that can be used on glass or plastic lenses to prevent fogging. Cressi Antifog gel (Solution) can be used on a variety of lenses, including those for dive masks, swimming goggles, and eyeglasses. Anti-fog gel can be applied in a few ways, such as spreading it on the inside of lenses before wetting them, or spraying it on and then wiping it clean.

The anti-fog gel keeps the goggle lenses clean and prevents fogging. A small amount of gel is all that is needed to treat the lenses.
