WELCOME TO POOL WORLD & FISHING SUPPLIES

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.poolworldandfishingsupplies.com), our in-store purchases, and our related services including yacht charters and pool maintenance.

By accessing or using our website or engaging with our products and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We sell pool equipment, fishing gear, spearfishing accessories, and related products. We also offer professional pool maintenance and cleaning services, along with private yacht charters.
All items and services are subject to availability and may be discontinued or changed without prior notice.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments via cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Custom orders or special services may require a deposit.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide local delivery and also ship across the Caribbean region. Delivery fees will be calculated based on destination and size/weight of the order.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unused, unopened items with a valid receipt. Items such as pool chemicals, special orders, or opened products may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges for defective items are subject to manufacturer approval where applicable.

5. WARRANTIES

Select products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. We honor these warranties according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Extended warranties are not offered unless explicitly stated at purchase.

6. SERVICE TERMS – POOL MAINTENANCE

When booking a pool service, the customer agrees to provide clear, safe access to the pool area.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

7. YACHT CHARTER TERMS

Our yacht charters are private and subject to availability, weather, and sea conditions. A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
Cancellation and refund policies will be shared during the booking process and vary based on the experience selected. Clients must follow all safety instructions while on board.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pool World & Fishing Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our products or services.
Customers must use all products according to manufacturer instructions and participate in yacht charters or pool services at their own risk.

9. PRIVACY

We value your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or in-store is used strictly for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
