Made from anodized aluminum that won’t rust or deteriorate in the sun, these holders will last a long time. The upper hook holds the ring and the 60′ UV poly floating heaving line easily hangs on the bottom hook. The attached float is ideal in emergency water situations and can provides as an attachment point for easy retrieval.
